Project coordinator with experience in the social sector (50%) – ''Understanding School: Living with Dementia in the Neighbourhood''

In 2003, relatives and nursing staff have joined together in a non-profit association and implemented a completely new model in the care, care and accompaniment of people with dementia, followed by many similar concepts. The housing communities offer their residents a life-saving everyday life. The relatives distribute responsibility on several shoulders without giving them complete and are significantly involved in the design of the daily routine in the WG. Together, instead of lonely e.V, a dedicated personality is seeking to build and advance our project “Conception School: Living with Dementia in Quartier” with heart, structure and creative impulses. From 01.04.2026, limited for 3 years | Remuneration according to TVöD SuE, remuneration group 11b.

Planning, organisation and control of all project activities Networking and accompaniment of actors in the district and the city society (social facilities, honorary office, relatives, city administration) Development and implementation of offerings to raise awareness and support about dementia Documentation, evaluation and reporting Public relations and presentation of the project WG everyday design

Experience in project coordination, social or health Experience in cooperation with citizens Impressed empathy and sensitivity for people with dementia and their relatives Communication strength and joy in building sustainable networks Self-employed, structured working and organisational skills Willingness to remember the lives of people with dementia and to actively shape their everyday lives in the WGs and in the quarters
