We also create a successful end-to-end process in marketing. We are in a continental exchange with our sales team: in addition to the Customer & Expo Operations area, which are responsible for the successful implementation of the trade fair, congress and service formats!

Further information Together with the Head of Brand, you are responsible for the event brand ''care:xpo - leading trade fair for professional care'. Here you are our eye and ear in the care industry!

Your tasks

Stakeholder Relations Management & Partnerships: You are constantly expanding our network with important partners, key customers and multipliers in the care industry. In regular exchange, you recognize needs, identify potentials for cooperation in the nursing industry & develop concrete added value for care:xpo together with stakeholders. Conception & operational implementation of formats: With your industry knowledge in nursing, you will participate in the development of special areas, accompanying events & new products of the brand care:xpo - from conception to implementation (including briefing of special formats for relevant cross-sectional departments, creation of contracts incl. Billing) Industry & Competition Monitoring: For the further development of the brand, you will keep in mind relevant event formats, market participants & trends within the care industry. KPIs, data & analysis: To measure your activities, you define relevant KPIs, analyze results, and guide action recommendations for the further development of the event brand and for relevant interface areas in the company.

You bring well-founded experience in stakeholder management, community building or in the development and maintenance of strategic networks. You know the nursing industry well & can contribute your industry knowledge profitably in cooperation with partners, associations and other stakeholders. You will bring first experiences from the fair, congress or event environment. You combine conceptual thinking with a pronounced level of implementation & are delighted to build, advance and implement cooperations, partnerships & formats. You have a degree or comparable training, for example in the fields of communication, public relations, marketing or event management. You are an open, communicative and contactful personality with a certain appearance. You bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. You act responsibly & think forward-looking – you’re open to change, you pack things pragmatically & proactively & drive them forward independently. You work collaboratively & solution-oriented – you promote cooperation, develop goals and results together with other solutions.
