In an 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way, for your demanding work after the trainee program.

You like being in the middle of the outside? Then you are right with us! Our daily work focuses on strategic exchanges directly with decision-makers at the private and business level. This includes the manufacturing medium-sized company as well as specialized customer groups such as freelancers and craft businesses. Possible focal points of the trainee program are therefore business customers, specialist consultants foundation and acquisition, medical professions and the business center. From the first day, you actively work with our team. During your incorporation, you take successive responsibility in daily collaboration with customers and colleagues.

From individual enquiries to the implementation of the respective financing wishes of our customers - no day is like the other.

You accompany and support founders, acquisitions of established companies and innovative start-ups.

You work in projects to further develop the area and transfer your knowledge to the organization of LBBW.

You participate in internal and external events as part of your tasks.

With a completed training in the financial or real estate sector and a further education on/to the banking business owner/in or real estate business owner/in or a study in mathematics, economic or legal science, you are right with us.

You have at least 12 months of professional experience in a bank and you have been able to gain valuable insights into the business customer environment.

You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test.

You can communicate safely on all levels and appear open and competent. You have German language skills of at least Level C1. Your strong communication and presentation capability makes it easier for you to win customers quickly. You bring a positive mindset - your glass is semi-full, not half-empty!

You are interested in economic relationships and digitalization is not just a keyword for you.
