In the field of SC we develop the holistic corporate strategy in close cooperation with all specialist areas. We understand the market and evaluate strategic alternatives qualitatively and quantitatively so that we can provide our ExCo balanced advice. Our common goal is to keep improving the competitiveness of Vodafone.

As a manager: in Corporate Strategy, you develop business strategies that help achieve the challenging growth and profitability goals of Vodafone. You conduct cross-resort strategy projects and agree closely with the specialist departments. In doing so, you build sustainable working relationships with stakeholders across the company and advise them on issues related to strategic issues. You develop concepts and strategies on a variety of topics with influences from technology, commercial, finance, regulation, law - always with a clear look at the economic contexts and results. You identify market trends and prepare key topics for the Strategy Board and decision meetings with the Vodafone top management.

What distinguishes you: Higher education with a focus on economics, engineering, or adjacent degree programs, preferably Master's degree. At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications or related industries (marketing, finance, strategy, consulting, ...), ideally experience with strategic project work in the field of telecommunications. Expertise in finance or controlling and ideally basic knowledge in one or more of the areas of telecommunications technology, law and regulation. Interest in market relationships in the German and international telecommunications market and understanding of the strategies and priorities of the central competitors. Very good conceptual skills, abstraction capacity and a structured handling of numbers as well as analytical and strategic thinking. A reliable way of working and a strong quality awareness as well as project management and communication skills. Independent, independent working with initiative and commitment. Language and German language skills (according to GER).
