Acceptance and detection of fault messages Instruction of the emergency service in the scope of services, local and plant knowledge Initiation and settlement of disturbances in accordance with existing agreements, e.g. by fault categories Ensuring the predetermined response times for emergency services Create an emergency concept for maintaining the building in exceptional situations, e.g. flooding, fire, force majeure Creating a disturbance statistics, in particular detecting the plants with a high frequency of disturbances Development of proposals to reduce the frequency of disturbances

Completed commercial training with technical background knowledge Professional experience in hotline and building management Secure knowledge in handling MS Office Embossed customer and service orientation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Standby for shift and Saturday work (Mo-Fr 06:00 - 14:30 / 07:00 - 15:30 / 14:00 - 22:00 / Saturday (not weekly) 06:00 - 14:00 )
