• You work, assemble and repair cabin components in the aircraft interior with a focus on wood and wood-based materials.
• Working according to technical drawings, parts lists and air travel specifications is your daily task.
• You can do common rework such as grinding, gluing, spatulas and fit work.
• Quality tests and functional checks during the manufacturing process are your tasks.
• You carry out a careful documentation of the work steps according to internal guidelines.
• You pay attention to compliance with work safety requirements, order and 5S standards in your workspace.

PREPARATIONS:

For this position we are looking for a dedicated and quality-oriented aircraft mechanic cabin or carpenter (m/w/d), who brings both craftsmanship and a pronounced sense of responsibility. Your qualifications and skills form the basis for quality requirements in aircraft construction.

• A completed training as a carpenter, carpenter or comparable qualification is necessary.
• Secure knowledge in reading technical drawings is essential.
• You work precisely, cleanly and with a strong focus on quality.
• Professional experience in assembly and post-processing is one of your strengths.
• Reliability, teamability and a structured work under time pressure are of course for you.
• The willingness to work shifts, if necessary, shall be assumed.
• Experience in aircraft interior or in industrial series production is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of quality environments subject to documentation is desirable.
