Production Planner - Focus on MES/PDA (m/f/d)

You compile and evaluate key figures from Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and the Business Data Collection (BDE). You plan daily production taking into account the human and technical capacities and thus ensure a smooth production process. For the individual production orders on the lines you develop an optimal planning sequence and thus reduce downtime, changeover and cleaning times. You optimize the line occupancy throughout the factory, increase the utilisation and avoid partial running times, thereby improving the cost structure sustainably. You regularly analyze data, processes and structures, demonstrate potential for improvement and implement them together with clear goals, dates and responsibilities. You train employees, provide instructions and support them in everyday work. You create KPI overviews and infographics and prepare information visually. You communicate with adjacent specialist departments as well as with service providers and business partners and thus ensure smooth, cross-disciplinary cooperation.

You have a degree course, for example mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a completed training (technical or commercial). Remarkable would be relevant, practical experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and in the Business Data Collection (BDE) as well as in work preparation and production planning. You work structured and independent, are team-ready and powerful. You are characterized by practical proximity and independent work. Working with the current MS Office modules and with SAP is a matter of course for you. Engagement and good communication complete your profile.
