You are responsible for the technical and operational planning of superstructure maintenance measures according to the quality, budget and timely requirements The coordination of construction projects with internal and external parties and the timely commissioning of contractors is also one of your tasks. You are responsible for the coordination of personnel capacities with the MRP as well as the establishment of construction processes including the necessary material and component components Order and appointment monitoring as well as risk management are also in your exciting responsibility In addition, you will introduce the constructional applications of the construction measures in time.

Your profile:

You have a completed technical training and are IHK master:in/ technician:in Ideally, you have professional experience in railway infrastructure An open and cooperative communication as well as negotiation skills, especially with internal and external interfaces, will both distinguish you as well as your organization skills in the planning of construction measures You have a high level of teamwork, self-initiative and stress resistance With the usual MS Office software applications you can handle excellently, at best you could also gain experience with SAP R/3 network A quick understanding, enforcement and decision-making skills complete your profile
