Lawyer Insolvency Law / Commercial Law / Restructuring (m/f/d)

Your tasksYou support the insolvency administrator and the insolvency administrator of our firm in legal and economic processing of insolvency proceedings. Depending on the experience, you gradually take on your own responsibility in the management of the process, mandate processing and advice.

Your tasks include: Participation in the settlement of insolvency proceedings in different industries and company sizes Legal support for company continuations, renovations and restructuring in graduate companies Insolvency, social, labour, contractual and liability questions Compilation of opinions, reports, fonts, opinions and legal notes Preparation and monitoring of creditor meetings, reporting dates and voting with courts Communication with insolvency courts, creditors, debtors, employees, consultants, banks and other parties to the proceedings Support in the audit and enforcement of claims of insolvency proceedings Participation in company sales, transferring refurbishments and other exploitation scenarios perspective independent processing of mandates and subareas of complex procedures

Your profileYou fit us if you not only work legally clean, but also understand economic relationships and have the pleasure of pragmatically solving complex situations.

You bring, two legal State Examina and admission as a lawyer/legal attorney or the willingness to be admitted; interest in bankruptcy law, economic law, company law and reorganization/restructure; first professional experience in insolvency law, economic law, company law, bank law, labour law or in an economic law firm, that is not a compelling requirement; analytical thinking and the interest in business relationships; structured, careful and independent functioning; clear written expressability and safe occurrence to courts, clients and parties to proceedings; Teamability, sense of responsibility and willingness to work in challenging situations safe handling of MS Office; Experience with insolvenz-specific software is advantageous, but not necessary.
