As a working student Recruiting (m/w/d) you are part of our HR team. You can support the administrative support of our holiday-workers, coordinate interviews, test and select applications, represent our company at university and trade fairs and participate in current projects in the field of talent acquisition. Future-oriented, varied and practical. You are responsible for the administrative support of our holiday-workers - accompanying the entire process from request to hire. In the occupation of open positions, you are particularly supported by the coordination of job interviews and the pre-qualification of professionals and young talents. Your tasks include the visualization and preselection of applications, especially from the career mailbox, from initiative applications and classic post applications. At university and trade fairs you represent our company and inspire potential talents for our career opportunities. Flexible and self-responsive, you will work on current special topics and projects in the field of talent acquisition, for example in the applicant management system or in the further development of our recruiting processes.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Education or a comparable degree course with a focus on personnel. Safe handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a matter of course for you. Ideally, you will bring first practical experience, knowledge or contact points in recruiting, human resources or administrative activities. An independent way of working, a high self-initiative and a solution-oriented way of thinking distinguish you. Team skills, communication strength, a safe occurrence and very good German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
