Head of Group Credit Administration / Loan Administration (m/f/d)

You lead a dedicated team of 21 employees at the Düsseldorf and Offenbach sites and create a motivating, value-adding working environment. You are responsible for the proper settlement and settlement of credit transactions in the areas of corporates, municipal loans and project financing. You provide impulses for optimizing and automating workflows and ensure the highest data quality and uniform service standards. You promote the further development of your employees and actively accompany change processes. You work closely with internal interfaces and clients and bring their ideas to the further development of structures, processes and strategies.

You have completed economic studies or comparable training as well as several years of professional experience in the credit business of an internationally operating bank. You have already gained leadership experience and are thrilled to motivate, promote and achieve goals together. You are characterized by empathy, communication strength and the ability to create a cooperative and performance-oriented working atmosphere. You operate independently, reliably and have a high quality and performance standards. You bring knowledge of German and English with them and appreciate a collegial, value-adding relationship. Special features The prerequisite for the final take-over of a leadership position is the successful completion of a management assessment center. The site requires regular service trips to the second location of the team in Offenbach.
