You develop and implement a comprehensive contractual strategy for SCM-related legal activities within the entire Vantage Towers group and ensure coordination with local markets and stakeholders

You conduct negotiations with strategic suppliers and launch standardised contract templates as well as training documents to optimize sales activities

You offer expert and timely legal advice for centralized procurement categories and strategic tenders

You'll be pleading effective contacts throughout the company and within the local legal teams of Vantage Towers to effectively address legal positions and requirements

You identify business risks and drive the solution of legal and regulatory issues, tuning with local legal departments to meet core standards

You influence internal decision-making by providing stakeholders with the necessary information to achieve corporate goals while preserving legal integrity

You promote a culture of compliance and technical excellence by keeping the company up to date on legal developments, in particular with regard to data protection laws

At least 3-5 years of experience in international economic law (big framework agreements, NDAs)

Proven expertise in regulatory law

Experience in contract negotiations and management of litigation

Funded background in collaboration with stakeholders on C level

Flowing English Knowledge in Word and Writing (C1)
