Projekt- und Teamleiter (m/w/d) Househam This will be your job in the future You will run the System Mechanics/Supply Technology team and will actively support your team in troubleshooting and troubleshooting You are responsible for the safe operation of the supply systems The further development and optimization of the technical facilities in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary (HKLS) is your passion. Your profile You are master:in for plant mechanics, engineer:in or technician:in for supply technology or have a comparable training You already have first experience in dealing with employees, have a cooperative leadership style as well as business thinking and acting Public procurement law (VOB/HOAI) is common to you You have good CAD skills (e.g. AutoCAD) as well as knowledge in MS Office standard software You work independently and flexibly Teamability and reliability are of course for you You have a class B licence Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1) JOBV1_EN
