Cooperation in projects, design and implementation of new digitalisation measures in the HR sector and support for existing applications Retraining of new HR software solutions and applications in the company Administration & strategic development of the central HR system Active cooperation in the development of interfaces for HR data flows Collection, analysis and further development of various quantitative and qualitative KPIs and reporting within the framework of HR controlling - for internal purposes, audits, ESG reporting Development of HR dashboards in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Cooperation in the development of process optimizations in the HR sector from the acceptance of the actual processes, the development of the target processes to the implementation Creation and maintenance of annual RTD and cost center planning in coordination with the individual departments Key-user activities for various IT systems in the field of personal management

Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in IT, HR controlling and/or in digitalization projects Experiences in classical and agile project management Ideal basic knowledge of BPMN for process modeling Good English knowledge in word and writing, for example, for processing English-language audit requirements Conceptual, analytical thinking for a holistic development of process improvements and control measures Quick understanding and proactive and safe use of digital systems and processes
