In the building management you are responsible for the execution phase of turnkey construction projects (office buildings, school buildings, administrative buildings) and ensure smooth implementation at the construction site As a generalist (m/w/d), you coordinate several construction phases (earth and civil engineering, raw construction, façade construction, extension), alternatively as a specialist (m/w/d) a specific construction phase or certain structures with respect to quality, dates and costs You work in the team with several construction managers and in coordination with the overall project management and agree with both the builders and our in-house planners and other construction partners You control the tenders and procurement processes together with our technical purchasing and construction businessmen You are also responsible for compliance with the administrative requirements, occupational safety and health at the construction site

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture, alternatively you have a qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or a master degree Multi-annual professional experience allows you to collect turnkey projects in the function as a construction manager or you are a specialist (m/w/d) for certain construction sections with an interest in further developing generalistically The German language dominates you in word and writing You are happy to join the team and identify with your project You like to work independently and are ready to take responsibility.
