We are looking for an Application Specialist SAP HR m/w/d for our Corporate IT organization unit in Munich at the closest possible time.

Planning, control and implementation of transformation projects as part of the migration of SAP HCM on-premise in cloud solutions Conception, implementation and continuous development of SAP-HCM or Success Factors solutions according to the technical and technical requirements Support, administration and optimization of the productive SAP-HR/SF system landscape Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support Analysis and elimination of system failures and implementation of optimization measures Advice and support for the areas of expertise in the use of SAP HR/SF applications Implementation of user training as well as creation and maintenance of documentation Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers and project partners Participation in the introduction of new technologies and processes in the SAP-HR environment

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the SAP HCM environment (PA, OM, PT, PY) or in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, C4C, P&G, S&D) Experience in transformation and migration projects, in particular in the context of SAP HCM on-premise and cloud solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors). Good knowledge in customizing as well as understanding the SAP-HR processes. Experience in Application Support (2nd/3rd level) and in cooperation with specialist areas. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented methods. Excellent communication skills, team spirit and high service orientation. German language skills and good English knowledge in word and writing.
