With a balance sheet total of around 20.8 billion The Sparkasse Hannover is one of the largest savings banks in Germany. For one of our corporate customer centers, which combines two specialized units – the HeilberufeCenter as well as the Center Succession & Founding – we are looking for an empathic and sales-rich leadership personality. In our HeilberufeCenter we accompany independent doctors, pharmacists and pharmacists as well as medical professionals from the start-up of business to the succession. We also advise our customers in all private banking business. The Center succession & foundation supports young entrepreneurs in the creation, growth and sustainable development of their projects. In addition, we support our customers through the consultation on funding programmes, such as the KfW and NBank. Both areas work closely with our other specialist areas – and you are in the middle! As a manager, you will lead a team of around 13 employees and actively shape the strategic development of the Center in the sense of our sales concept – with a wide view, at eye level and with an attitude that places people in the centre. Your job: Guided tour: They guide your team carefully, value-adding and strengthening-oriented, promote individual potentials and ensure a motivating, learning-promoting environment. Responsibility They bear the overall responsibility for the sales success of the two centers, control the implementation of our corporate customer strategy and ensure the achievement of the target. Innovation: You will continue to develop the FachberatungsCenter in a future-oriented manner, create new consultancy approaches (hybrid/digital/personal) and boost sustainable management. Cooperation: They promote cross-border cooperation, coordinate with market success, expert teams and external partner companies. They strengthen and develop strategically relevant networks – regionally and supra-regionally – both in the health sector and in the founder scene. Customer focus: They provide holistic, individual and high-quality advice – from foundation to succession, from practical construction to innovation. Culture: They live a transparent, trusted communication and promote a value-adding culture of dialogue based on our guide. Your profile: Personality: They bring experience in leadership of teams and understand how to guide employees with empathy, clarity and trust. Sales competence: They are an entrepreneurial thinking and proactive person with a strong understanding of sales, customer focus and a sense of individual, holistic solutions. Experience: They have extensive knowledge of commercial credit, ideally complemented by insights into the areas of medical professions and foundation/succession. Innovation joy: They have the pleasure of actively shaping change processes, bringing digital competence and rethinking consulting processes. Cooperation capacity: They are real/r team player/in, act solution-oriented and are sovereign in controlling diverse interests. They always think of cooperation with all areas of Sparkasse Hannover beyond their own OE responsibility. Qualification: They have completed bank training and further qualification (e.g. bank business or similar).
