You are responsible for the professional and professional management of a group of damage dealers: in the field of property insurance. You promote a service-oriented, value-assurance and loyal cooperation with the employees: both internal and external partners You shall ensure a service-oriented, friendly and competitive representation of the insurance companies: inside, outside and outside services, as well as other customers, in the case of damage to property, building, content and earnings. You are responsible, if necessary, by research on the ground, for the economic management of the devel­opment of material damage to property and legal situation. In addition, the promotion of employees is part of your task by continuing professional and personal skills. You actively contribute to the development and conversion of strategic objectives of the department and take special tasks.

You are accompanied by a completed study in the field of Business Administration / Construction / Economics or a completed training as an insurance company/woman with a comparable further qualification. You can provide well-founded knowledge in the practice of damages and know the conditions of insurance and also the legal bases. You have many years of experience in the regu­lation of property damages in the external service and have first major damage experiences. You have already demonstrated your skills, your leadership skills and your organizational skills. This would be an advantage for the management experience. You work in a service-oriented and customer-oriented manner and are targeted, self-employed and careful. The activity is carried out in the home office. Car driving licence is required.
