In our clinic we offer a challenging position as a team leader for house and election services. Become part of our team and take responsibility for the organization and execution of a high-quality service offer for our patients in full or part-time, at least with 19.25 hours - to be terminated soon!

• Staff management and instructions of approx. 50-70 service personnel

• Control and organization of workflows

• Control and documentation of work results and management of employee talks

• Create, customize and monitor the service and holiday plans

• Active cooperation in house and election services

• Contact person for the areas and regular contact care to the station lines

• Professional experience in managing staff in the service sector, ideally in the hospital, a nursing facility or in a hotel

• Extensive understanding of the needs and concerns of our patients

• High service orientation, operational readiness as well as communication and team skills

• Good knowledge of MS-Office and good oral and written knowledge of German

• Friendly, sovereign appearance, well-kept appearance

• Flexibility, loadability and independent work

• Ready for weekend and holiday services
