Group Management Account Management - Giro and Savings (m/f/d)

As part of the market sequence Passive, the three groups of account management process all tasks relating to the management of our customer portfolios. As a group leader of the KV – Giro and Spare Group, you organize efficient business processes in the team and actively participate in the development of overarching processes and processes within the market sequence Passive and other specialist departments of the house, e.g. market, compliance, quality management, payment transactions.

The group currently consists of 15 employees and fits into the mark sequence Passive with the groups estate as well as persons, members, taxes. In total, passive 49 employees are active in the team.

You make sure that a customer-centred, solution-oriented and efficient alignment of business processes is realized in the group. The continuous development of the group in changing framework conditions, such as the use of automated processes to the use of AI, corresponds to your self-understanding in order to meet customer requirements quickly, efficiently and qualitatively high quality You support cross-group and departmental cooperation, for example with sales units or compliance.
