Included are minors or full-year mothers and fathers with the need for assistance in the care and education of children and in their own development. The 9 seats are divided into 4 living days. In addition, on the ground floor the "Treffpunkt" is available as a place for community activities, courses and transitions. In a dedicated multi-professional team of social pedagogues, you create a reliable everyday life, give orientation and create relationship. They also remain patient, reliable and loving in challenging situations and offer stability, orientation and trust. They bring the necessary willingness to work in the night service. They regularly question your own pedagogical action and use these findings to ensure the best possible support for the representatives. They work constructively and respectfully in the team and with network partners and contribute to a harmonious, collegial working environment.
