Technical Management Competence Center (CoE) Power Platform (m/f/d)

You develop the overall strategy and the target image for our Power Platform Competence Center (CoE) and define how low-code technologies make our company processes sustainable. Start a roadmap to implement this vision and agree closely with management on goals and milestones. You establish and monitor governance policies, processes and best practices for the use of the Power Platform. You will create the hub between IT and the specialist departments to accommodate requirements, manage expectations and inform management about progress and results. You coordinate the project portfolio of power-platform initiatives – from the planning of new automation projects to resource management to success control. Through your involvement in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and the implementation of first power apps and Flows, you make sure that the CoE can demonstrate tangible success from the start. You promote the exchange of knowledge within the Data Science and AI community as well as with Citizen developers from the disciplines to make optimal use of synergies.

You bring multi-year professional experience in the use of the Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power Apps) in the business environment. You have extensive know-how in the automation of business processes and know you with low-code/no-code practices. Ideally, you have already contributed to the introduction of governance structures or the establishment of a competence center of excellence. You are convinced by a leadership mentality and motivated to build a new team and take responsibility. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality. You are strong in communication and can convey complex issues in a targeted manner – both to decision-makers at management level and to developers and users. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
