Here's what you have: You design, develop and optimize innovative SAP HR solutions. You maintain and optimise our SAP HCM system landscape and ensure their stable development. You implement technical and technical requirements in the areas of personnel administration, time management and payment accounting. You develop extensions, interfaces and integration scenarios to SAP SuccessFactors and other third-party systems. You create modern applications and services based on ABAP, ABAP Objects, OData, CDS Views and SAP Fiori. You actively shape the further development of our HR system architecture with focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP. You advise our HR departments on technical issues and support digitization initiatives. You take technical responsibility into projects and introduce your knowledge as a savings partner for colleagues. Take this with you: You have several years of professional experience in the development and support of SAP HCM solutions. You bring very good knowledge in ABAP, ABAP Objects and common SAP expansion technologies. You have profound experience in the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management (PT) or Pay Accounting (PY). You have good knowledge of OData Services, CDS Views and SAP Gateway. You bring experience with interface and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP and IDoc. Ideally, you have already worked with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP or the SAP Integration Suite. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation. You convince with their strong consulting, communication and team skills. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
