General management of the Office for Social Affairs, Education and Sport with four departments and some 340 employees, including supervisors Personnel, organisational and budget responsibility for the general office including staff and job planning, budget implementation and resource management Strategic control and further development of social, education and sports tasks, as well as the interdepartmental structures, processes and digital offers Ensuring effective technical, financial and performance control as well as controlling essential technical, financial and organizational risks Strategic communication and management of decision-making templates for municipal bodies and representation of interests towards the country, county, KVJS, schools, free institutions, associations, associations and the public

Career skills for higher administrative services or a completed academic degree, preferably administrative, legal, economic or social sciences Multiannual leadership experience in a larger organizational unit, ideally in the municipal environment, with responsibility for personnel, organization and resources Embossed strategic competence, design and innovation, as well as experience in developing complex tasks, structures, processes and digital offers High decision-making and control skills as well as experience in household control and controlling, combined with a strong understanding of economic management Convinced communication and negotiation security, a good understanding of the role played by politics and administration and the ability to build and use sustainable networks within and outside the administration
