As a production employee (m/w/d), you are a central part of a smooth production process in our shift operation. This responsible position offers you the opportunity to learn technical skills and develop yourself professionally. You work in a dedicated team and have direct influence on the quality of our products. Your work environment is characterised by varied activities and a high level of teamwork.

• Operation and installation of production machines
• Equipment of machines with raw materials
• Visual and quality control of production processes
• Ensuring a clean and secure workplace
• Participation in optimizing production processes

We are looking for

No special prior knowledge is required for the role as a production employee (m/w/d), as we work in a comprehensive manner. What counts is your willingness to learn new things, as well as your reliability and commitment.

• Completion of compulsory school or comparable qualification
• Ideally first experiences in production, but also cross-comers are welcome
• Technical interest and craftsmanship
• Good communication and team skills
• Flexibility for 3-shift operation
