Responsibility for the smooth running of all operational personnel processes for defined clients/units/departments – especially. Rental, Sales & Procurement Contact person for employees and executives of the associated units in all personal questions Close coordination with HR experts from individual HR disciplines Responsibility for the entire recruiting process: selection, interviews and contract negotiations incl. prior demand determination and profile creation Advice and austerity of executives on topics such as personnel planning, performance and labour law issues – with an understanding of sales requirements Introduction of measures to continuously improve employee satisfaction Development of individual development plans Creation of work contracts and contract adjustments Working in HR projects from conception to implementation of HR strategies (e.g. digitization projects, employer branding, process optimization) Developing strategic decisions for HR management

Complete study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications, ideally with a focus on human resources management or human resources First professional experience as Recruiter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), Personnel Officer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or HR Embossed consulting and solution competence in all personal questions Experiences with Onlyfy, XING Talent Manager and/or LinkedIn Recruiter are beneficial Safe handling of ERP systems - knowledge in personio desirable Embossed communication capability Flowing German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office programs
