What should you bring?

• Professional experience: First experience in building cleaning craft or comparable qualification – but no need.
• Operation: Physically resilient and health-friendly for working under breathing protection (G26.2).
• Care: Safe handling of MS Office and very good German skills.
• Motivation: You like to pack with you and do your tasks engaged and conscientious.
• Reliability: Class B licence.
• Team skills: You like to work with your colleagues and support your team in everyday work.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and further development of a team of 5 professional employees.
• Efficient personnel and capacity control for high productivity.
• Customer support, offer creation and decreases with focus on quality, costs and appointments.
• Working with the production-accompanying cleaning.
• Ensuring quality, documentation and 5S standards.
• Close cooperation with customers and production and maintenance teams.
