As a member of our healthcare team at the Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf locations, you shape the future of healthcare - strategic, operational and digital. Whether transformation, digitization, process optimization or restructuring: You accompany projects with real impact and develop tailor-made solutions for a more powerful, innovative healthcare system. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Support in consulting hospitals and health insurance companies with regard to the optimization and restructuring of their processes and structures, digital solutions and transformation processes Working with demanding digitalization and restructuring projects and initiatives in the healthcare sector Accompanying the topics Digital Health, Networking and Transformation Projects in Healthcare, Organisational Optimization and Strategy Optimization incl. MedTech and Pharma independent processing of tasks in the fields of analysis, research and design Cooperation with colleagues in different areas of expertise in the global EY network

This position shall be taken from January 2026.

Current university studies with above-average achievements (species: Master or Promotion), preferably in the fields of medicine, health economics, health care management, business or medical informatics or economics with a focus on healthcare First relevant practical experiences and safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (mind.
