Professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialist team in the field of health insurance including recruitment of new employees Ensuring our high quality standards, in particular in the detailed pre-examination of submitted insurance claims Control and optimisation of day-to-day operations and various project tasks Development of our internal processes and the self-developed customer management tools for automated processes Participation in day-to-day operations, e.g. in the case of the application review, the communication with insurance companies or the support of sales processes Close cooperation within the product, including customer consulting teams and product management
