Project management & management Full management of customer projects in the field of plastics technology Coordination of all key factors (quality, costs, dates) with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Project planning, control and control across all phases Implementation of project recalculations and cost-effectiveness assessments Technical Responsibility & Product Development Technical support for component development, in particular hybrid components Design of tool corrections and correction strategy Consultation of the customer for component design and support during the development phase (no active construction activity) Participation in feasibility analyses and implementation of the measures derived therefrom Tool technology & tool management Creation of tool specifications for injection molding and punching tools Testing and approval of tool and plant constructions together with the project team Controlling the equipment creation and execution of tool removals at the supplier Funded knowledge in the field of injection molding and punching tools Quality Management & Process Optimization Working with FMEA processes and monitoring the processing of defined measures Statistical evaluation of skill tests (machine and process capability) and derivation of appropriate improvement measures Application of methodological problem-solving approaches (e.g. 5Why, Ishikawa) for sustainable error elimination

Complete study of mechanical engineering plastics technology, technicians in the field of plastic or master tool construction / plastic moulder Multiannual professional experience in plastics, stamping or hybrid components production Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel High level of initiative, enforcement and organisational talent Communication strength, sense of responsibility and team capacity readiness for continuous further development Good knowledge of English
