• Part-time with 20 hours per week
• Shiftwork by service plan

Tasks

• Outpatient care and care of older people in need of help in their home environment (car is provided)
• Health care and medication
• Basic care tasks, small/large toilet
• Activation, mobilization, accompanying advice and support
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and with relatives
• Care documentation

Profile

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• Experience in outpatient care desirable
• Class B driving licence
• layer readiness

Remuneration
