You develop strategic network and network development plans for a future-proof distribution network of electricity, gas, water and heat You will evaluate network connections, including network calculations and analysis of possible feedback The creation of basic plans for reinvestments, extensions and the long-term asset strategy will also be your task You build predictive, strategic maintenance management and secure high-quality data management as well as continuous quality assurance in all planning and evaluation processes As part of asset and network planning, you are looking to comply with legal and technical regulations You will first report on internal use as well as for authorities and bodies and take over the management of special projects In addition, you coordinate material economic topics in close coordination with the relevant areas Another central task is the design and further development of the team – also under the dynamic framework of the energy industry, with modern, clear, and value-awareness, taking responsibility for the planning, organisation and implementation of the work tasks

You have completed a degree in engineering or economics (e.g. electrical engineering, utility technology, energy management, industrial engineering) or a comparable degree or have a comparable qualification First experience in modern staff management would be beneficial You bring tasks-related expertise and methodologies and ideally already have practical experience from the energy industry, at best from a network operator You work analytically, structured and cost-, quality- and safety-conscious You are target-oriented, highly communication-intensive and also keeps quiet and overview in work-intensive phases You have solid IT skills (e.g. Office MS 365), have a high affinity for data management and are open to optimization approaches such as AI – including the ability to actively shape functional requirements for IT applications
