As an engineer for heating, ventilation, plumbing in facility management (w/m/d) you actively participate in the operations at our site. They ensure a holistic object care in the sense of proper fulfillment of the contract. They plan and coordinate the implementation of maintenance tasks. They ensure the warranty process. They are direct contact for our customers and develop, in close coordination with the customer, solutions for individual technical requirements. They control and maintain after-contracting. They monitor compliance with statutory directives and standards and relevant occupational safety regulations. You check and track warranty claims.

You are an engineer/master/technician or have a Bachelor/Master in the field of utility technology or in a similar specialty. They have already gained several years of experience in a comparable function. They have a high technical system understanding (HLS and Supply Technology) and general knowledge in the field of BMSR and GLT technology. They are characterized by a sense of cost and responsibility. You like to work in the team and convince with your commitment and reliability. You own the license class B.
