In doing so, you analyze construction companies, identify potentials and accompany our participation companies from due diligence to sustainable development.

Technical and operational assessment of companies as part of planned investments and business acquisitions Operational due diligence tests Analysis of organisational structures, building site sequences, costing, sales and execution processes as well as evaluation of personnel, machine parks and other operational resources Analysis of customer, market and business potentials and deriving practical measures to increase efficiency and competitiveness Support and support of investment firms in their operational and strategic development Close cooperation with the management of our holding companies and, where appropriate, take over an operational interim activity during the integration phase Technical savings partner of the investment manager along the entire participation process Coordination with commercial controlling and other relevant interfaces Takeover of special projects within the Technical Department
