IT/OT-Security Manager (m/f/d)

As an IT/OT security manager, you conduct risk analysis and implement the resulting measures within the Business Continuity Management (Kritis) and thus support our sites in fulfilling the obligations regarding business continuity and risk management according to §30 BSIG-E. You plan and implement measures to minimise the negative impacts of risks and significantly contribute to the optimization, implementation and verification of operational processes. In your role, you act as an interface between the local business units and the central information security team of the company group Theo Müller. You shall ensure the implementation of external and internal information security requirements, in particular with regard to NIS-2. You are also responsible for reporting and tracking incidents, such as unplanned system failures and internet crime. You take part in project management and work with workshops, reporting and evaluations to ensure maximum plant availability.

You have successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information security or a comparable field and have relevant professional experience. You bring well-founded knowledge in risk management and project management. Your strong sense of information security, cyber and operating risks makes you a valuable addition to our company. You are characterized by high sense of responsibility, resilience and team capacity. A safe and communicative appearance in German and English completes your profile.
