Your tasks with us: Guide and control: You run the team, exercise technical and service supervision and ensure the smooth operation of the service. Case responsibility: You advise in cases of youth assistance and integration assistance and make decisions on appropriate and necessary assistance under SGB VIII. Quality and legal certainty: You ensure the technical and legal standards in individual cases (in integration aid, in child protection and in support of education/help for young children) and ensure the implementation of quality requirements. Work and networking: You represent the team or unit in bodies and working groups. Strategy and further development: You support the Head of Unit in the conceptual development of the department.

Take this with you: Qualification: Complete study of social education, social work or comparable. Experience and knowledge: Ideally, you have first leadership experience as well as experience in project and network work. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications.

Personal strengths: team skills, commutability and sense of responsibility. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation.

Mobility: driving licence and willingness to use your car for reimbursement.
