Administration, configuration and continuous operation of the operating information system Ensuring system availability and data consistency for all network operating processes Implementation of updates, release changes and system maintenance Management of the associated server, database and application landscape Ensuring system support for construction, maintenance and destruction processes Analysis and implementation of technical requirements from network operation Development of the mapping of operational processes in the system Support and further development of interfaces to adjacent systems (e.g. network control system, GIS, ERP) Second and third level support for departments and users Coordination with software manufacturers and external service providers

You have a completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, information technology or industrial engineering with a focus on technology/IT. Alternatively, due to experience, you have appropriate knowledge and skills. experience in the operation or administration of operational information systems, maintenance management systems or comparable applications, ideally in the context of a network operator Basic understanding of supply networks (electricity, gas, water, district heating) knowledge of network-operated processes, in particular in decommissioning management, maintenance of equipment and in network construction Experience in implementing technical requirements in IT systems Structured and solution-oriented operation Knowledge of project management of advantage Analytical thinking and a high problem-solving competence Communication strength in exchange with departments and IT Teamability and cross-disciplinary thinking
