The focus of your role is the further development and sustainable anchoring of a Group-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM), whose design is at any time correct, comprehensible and in line with regulatory requirements and relevant standards In your design function, you are responsible for the strategic development of processes, standards and structures at Group level and actively promote BCM topics The technical control of the BCM organization and decentralized units is in your area of responsibility, complemented by the management of central bodies such as the BCM board Group-wide requirements, guidelines and methods along the BCMS life cycle are continuously developed while ensuring consistency, transparency and auditability The planning, implementation and evaluation of BCM exercises, tests as well as audits are overriding and will result in sound and resilient measures By developing a tool-assisted BCM as well as incorporating relevant interfaces, you can ensure an integrated and audit-proof implementation As a central contact person, you control the central BCM team professionally, while you advise executives, committees and departments and communicate complex issues in a comprehensible manner You are responsible for the continuous development of the BCM maturity level and for ensuring compliance requirements through structured analyses, assessments and action management

Your profile:

The foundation of your success is a successfully completed university degree in risk and security management, crisis and emergency management, security management or the like Multiannual experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management and Security Management, with ISO22301 and BSI 200-4 tools for you The ability to develop topics strategically and at the same time to implement them is one of your strengths A strong sense of responsibility as well as a sensitive and sovereign understanding in dealing with confidential information will help you You prepare complex facts in a structured, comprehensible and address-oriented manner and represent your positions convincingly, from work level to top management Your work is characterised by analytical thinking, high quality standards and a clear understanding of governance and compliance With empathy, high social sensitivity and strong sense of responsibility, you can combine stakeholders and advance topics collaboratively The willingness to be in Berlin once a month rounds up your profile
