Professional leadership and coordination of the Network Integration team Planning and implementation of team-specific strategies in close coordination with the department manager Responsibility for the professional development and support of the team members Integration of new customers into existing network processes as well as operational development of portfolio elements Head of complex projects in the network environment – from conception to transfer to operation Assessment of new technologies and active design of innovative network and security solutions Analysis and solution of complex technical problems, including escalation management Representation of the network integration team in cross-disciplinary teams and specialist bodies

Multiannual professional experience, of which at least three years in the network architecture First experience in the professional leadership of teams and in the strategic development of specialist topics CCNP- & ITIL certification or comparable Deep technical understanding in network and IT system architecture as well as good knowledge of cost/investment accounting Representative leadership, communication and coaching skills High self-initiative, systematic working and customer orientation on management level Very good knowledge of German and English
