As a growth-oriented group with 8 branches across Germany, we are looking for you as an employee Projektcontrolling (m/w/d) as a reinforcement for our team at QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG for our location in Leipzig. Your duties

Project control of planned or ongoing project developments in a defined regional area Preparation, implementation and follow-up of project meetings Support in building and developing concepts, methods and tools of budget, revenue and cost control Participation in optimizing processes for planning, controlling and controlling project developments Monitoring of budgets and costs, as well as compiling status reports, (ad hoc) analyses and special evaluations, as well as deviation analyses between target and actual values with corresponding Cause determination Close cooperation with the project and construction management and other internal departments (including company controlling)

Completed commercial or real estate training or completed university studies in accounting, controlling or real estate management Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable Embossed understanding of numbers Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Commitment, team skills and independent action Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Very good communication skills
