Head control with 6 employees and additional line transport for the Surface Technology manufacturing segment with 8 employees Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Implementation of complex production control tasks for project parts or new approaches Disposition of short and medium-term production orders clarification of personnel and technical capacities and parts availability with master areas coordination of orders that cannot be carried out, e.g. due to lack of production aids, lack of capacity with the specialist areas Ensuring the availability of resources with work preparation for new projects Persecution of the production process, detection of deviations, analysis of the causes and initiation of remedial measures Coordination of production dates and control of orders Coordination of regular control meetings and participation in Shopfloor meetings in production or assembly Implementation of personnel and investment planning including management Responsible for the optimization of processes, methods and IT tools in their own sphere of responsibility

Successful completion of vocational training as an industrial businessman (m/w) or similar qualification , Fachwirt (m/w/d) Experience in production control or disposition English in Word and Scripture Management qualities Careful and structured operation High solution orientation and implementation strength Good knowledge of MS Office programs
