HR Business Partner / HR Specialist – Site Development Logistics (m/f/d)

For our new contract logistics location in Frankfurt (Oder), we are looking for you as: HR Business Partner (m/w/d) ON THE ROLE As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you will design the ramp-up of our new contract logistics location in Frankfurt (Oder). You build the HR structures from scratch, control the staff structure for around 500 employees and act as a strategic partner for our executives.

During the setup phase Structure: Definition and implementation of all HR processes, standards and processes Staff setup: Close cooperation with the recruiting team in case of demand planning, personnel selection on site and onboarding Organisational development: definition of roles, team building and anchoring of corporate culture During stable operation Staff support: Central contact for approx. 500 employees (focus Blue-Collar) Management consultancy: partnership cooperation and consulting of all executives (from team and shift management to location management) in all HR topics HR Compliance: Ensuring all legal, wage-tax and collective agreements Interface function: Responsibility for personnel measures and management of administrative implementation by the HR Shared Service Center

Qualification: Complete study of Business Administration (BWL), Business Psychology, Law with a focus on labour law or a comparable degree course (m/w/d)) with a further HR education (person businessman / businesswoman, HR consultant or HR manager (m/w/d))) Professional experience: Comprehensive know-how as HR Business Partner in a global matrix organization or in a comparable role, ideally in the logistics environment Project expert: First experience or practice in building new sites, in M&A projects and in general strategic HR projects is a plus, but not a K.-O. criterion Target group focus: Found experience in the operational support of Blue-Collar employees Works Council: Funded knowledge and routine in negotiation with works council bodies are welcome Language competence: We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Polish knowledge is a welcome extra
