Do you want to make a significant contribution to the management of performance and financial processes with an analytical view and business understanding? As a controller/controller in performance and financial controlling – team analysis and consulting – you support specialist areas and executives with sound evaluations, cost-effectiveness analyses and decision templates. In close cooperation with internal interfaces, you will create transparency, advise at eye level and contribute actively to the sustainable management and development of our organization.

Advising the Executive Board as well as decentralized units in all economic control issues, including preparation and presentation of special analyses and reports Independently take over the required planning, control and information tasks in your area of responsibility Development and communication of recommendations for action to preserve and increase economic efficiency Self-fulfilment of scenario and cost-effectiveness calculations to support our managers Proactive introduction to the further development of control instruments and reports Takeover of projects and special tasks

Completed (special)higher education in health economics and Economics with a focus on health management or a comparable subject Completion of vocational training in health Ideal professional experience in controlling Knowledge of hospital settlement Secure user knowledge in handling MS-Excel and ideally experience with the business intelligence system TIP HCe Analytical and conceptual way of thinking and action as well as ability to present complex business relationships convincingly orally and in writing High technical expertise and distinct methodological skills Team spirit, communication talent, commitment and readiness
