Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Working environment In the nursing department, you play a central role in developing and securing the quality of care. You work closely with the nursing service (PDL), assistance team management and local staff. Its focus is on the professional support of the teams, ensuring a high-quality supply as well as the competent support of testing and billing processes.

Improving care quality: expert advice and support for the teams to further develop nursing care – in close cooperation with PDL, assistance team management and local staff Technical support & standards: Support for the implementation and further development of nursing standards, documentation and structural quality in everyday life Create cost proposals: Creating and preparing cost proposals (e.g. in the context of SGB XI/performance packages) in coordination with the relevant interfaces Supporting billing: work and support in billing services, plausibility checks and clarification of technical questions Support MD exams competently: preparation, support and follow-up of MD exams, including take-off together with the responsible areas Interface work: Close cooperation with internal contact persons (including PDL, assistance team lines, administration/calculation) to ensure smooth operations

Complete training as, for example, health care and nursing care, nursing care, nursing care, health care care and a comparable qualification (even with relevant additional qualification/experience) Experience in outpatient care and ideally knowledge in SGB XI, proof of performance, care process/document Continuing training for care services (PDL) is advantageous (or the willingness to further qualify accordingly) Structured, careful operation – especially for cost proposals, proofs and billing documents Communication strength, consulting skills and joy in cooperation with local teams Safe occurrence in examination situations and the ability to understand requirements
