Manager (m/w/d) Your field of application In the field of activity Transport & Security, we are responsible for the logistics and safety aspects at Messe Stuttgart. In addition, we also take care of the identity, the video installation, the cloakroom planning, the security service provider's supervision and the management of the security personnel's costs (leading compensation, checking the performance certificates, final billing). However, the focus is on event management. As a cross-sectional department and part of the new safety concept of Messe Stuttgart, at least one employee (m/w/d) is involved in an event.

Management of trade fairs and events in the field of security and order services, including the creation of order service concepts, service planning for the service provider Ordering service, coordination, supervision and control of the service provider) Participation in technical meetings to coordinate the necessary event security, representational takeover of tasks of the areas of the locking system, electronic access control and creation of programmable IDs Contact person (m/w/d) in security questions for organizers, project teams, exhibitors, specialist service companies and authorities

Successfully completed training on the specialist for protection and safety / occupational safety or relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity Ready for weekend and holiday work and work in temporary shift Good knowledge in English (service talks with other customers) driving licence class B Good MS Office knowledge or comparable IT software with an open attitude towards digital transformation processes Excellent service understanding and very good organizational capacity
