Automation Technology Technician for Maintenance (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for

As an engineer (m/w/d) Automation technology for maintenance, you play a central role in the analysis, optimization and further development of our automated production systems. With your technical know-how, you identify faults and vulnerabilities and contribute significantly to increasing our production characteristics through targeted improvement measures.

In close cooperation with the production area, you drive plant optimizations as well as the implementation of technical concepts and customer requirements and thus actively contribute to the sustainable development of our production site.

Main tasks: fault and vulnerability analysis on automated production plants Designing and realising automation system optimizations to improve production key figures as well as implementing customer requirements Cooperation with the production area for reducing plant failures, idling and short distances as well as set-up, timing and quality losses Planning, implementation and documentation of changes Creation of technical concepts (analysis actual state, definition target state) Active cooperation in implementation projects (project management) to the role of the technical project manager (m/w/d) Optimization of electrical maintenance and inspection plans

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) und Techniker (m/w/d) Knowledge of vision, robot and automation systems (preferably Siemens and Rockwell) Basic knowledge in the E-CAD area desirable High level of team capacity and communication strength Good knowledge of English desirable
