IT Application Supervisor – Focus on IT Infrastructure (m/f/i)

You are the ideal complement for our team if you want to do the following tasks with pleasure and commitment:

Your tasks:

• Operation and further development of IT infrastructure: Responsibility for a stable, secure and efficient IT environment – from network, servers, backup and storage to printing systems and telephony
• Network and system administration: Planning, setup and monitoring of network components, line connections and server environments – including fault analysis, optimization and control of external service providers
• Location and project work: Participation in building new sites and in projects for system expansion and optimization
• Support and user support: 2nd and 3rd level support in infrastructure and telephony
• Field applications: Supporting selected specialist programs and their integration into the existing system landscape
• Other tasks: Acquisition of further tasks in the field of IT and application care as required

Occupational conditions:

• Successfully completed vocational training to/from the computer science businessman/wife, merchant/wife for digitalization management, merchant/wife for IT system management or comparable commercial vocational training combined with a degree to the state-tested business informant or a comparable qualification
• 3 years of professional experience in the administration and support of IT infrastructures (telephony, LAN/WAN, server environments)
• Knowledge and ideally certifications in the areas:
• Network protocols (IPv4/IPv6, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, QoS)
• Network analysis, configuration and name services (DHCP, DNS)
• Network components (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
• Special knowledge for telephone systems and communication platforms
• Ideally experience in controlling external service providers

• Communication and team skills – also in dealing with external service providers
