Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Customer enthusiasm worldwide: You create professional offers, calculations and presentations – from the first idea to the final deal Control sales processes: you coordinate appointments, plan and prepare customer meetings before and after and ensure smooth processes Customer loyalty and acquisition: You support the key account and external service in support of international customers in German and English Data management: You keep the systems, customer data and the CRM system up to date Project coordination: You organize the use of our consultants for customer projects Process optimization: You analyze sales data, identify potentials and contribute to the further development of sales strategies

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales services or as a key account; beneficial for an automobile manufacturer or in the subcontracting industry Communication strength, organizational design and customer orientation Analytical skills and high number affinity Sovereign handling of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
