Your tasks include the creation of category-specific reports and evaluations. In addition to regular standard reports, this includes ad hoc analysis. You monitor the proper functioning of automated reports and agree with the IT department in case of problems. You support the implementation of EDI projects in close cooperation with our EDI service provider. You independently pronounce the organization and processing of the packaging sector and are professional partners (m/w/d) for suppliers and internal sectors. You are responsible for the monthly quantities of licences and provide for the further calculation of licence costs to suppliers. In addition, prepare the annual financial statements and, in cooperation with our auditor, prepare the declaration of compliance in accordance with PackG. You monitor the proper regulation of suppliers at the Packaging Register headquarters and control the licensing confirmations of suppliers.

You have completed a commercial vocational training or an economic science study or a comparable knowledge. You already have first professional experience – ideally in the field of controlling. The first knowledge of packaging would be desirable, but is not a precondition. A self-sufficient, reliable way of working and organising are also your strengths as well as analytical thinking and understanding of numbers. You have a secure handling of MS Office applications and ideally knowledge of a commodity management system (e.g. Microsoft Navision) as well as an ERP system (e.g. Cubeware).
