We are the GWG group based in Stuttgart. As an apartment company of the R+V insurance group we provide approx. 15,000 residential and commercial units in Germany. Advice and expertise: You are the first contact person for our commercial employees in all legal matters. Object Management: You coordinate and control the processing of contradictions for rent increases and operating expenses. Contract design: You conduct the invitation to tender for framework and service contracts, conduct contract negotiations and prepare financial statements. Claim management: You first set up claims for payment claims and represent us in court negotiations. Coordination of law firms: You control external firms and accompany active and passive processes.

Studies in Business Law: You have completed a corresponding study and you will bring well-founded knowledge in rental and contract law. Multiannual professional experience: Ideally, you have a comparable position and work quickly and safely into new legal areas. Economic contexts: You have a strong understanding of this and always treat business. Communication: This is your strength and you convince with your sovereign appearance both internally and externally. Negotiating skills: This is what distinguishes you and with your enforcement strength you will find suitable solutions in complex situations.
